(TOWNSHIP OF GUELPH/ERAMOSA, ON) – On Wednesday April 11, 2018, at approximately 5:00 p.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a weapons call to a business on Wellington Road 124 near Wellington Road 32, outside of Guelph. It was reported that a female had broken into the business, confronted an employee and was possibly armed. She was located nearby on foot by responding OPP.
30-year-old Kayla Marie YORK of Guelph/Eramosa has been charged with Break and Enter, Intimidation, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of an Imitation Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on May 15, 2018.
