(HURON TWP, ON) – On July 31st, 2011 at 1:02 am, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Concession 10, Huron Township noticed a Toyota Echo travelling at a high rate of speed. The driver attempted to stop at a controlled intersection, but the vehicle skidded past the stop sign and almost struck the police cruiser. 18 year old Katie HEPBURN of Kincardine has been charged with Careless driving.
