Arrest – Drive Over 80
On Sunday October 2012, at 3:22 a.m., Guelph Police responded to a report that a vehicle had struck a curb on Stephanie Drive Guelph. The vehicle was located, and the demand for an approved screening was given to the driver.
Kathryn FOSTER 54 years of Guelph was charged with Drive Over 80 and will appear in court in November.
