Kathleen Symington-Walsh – Drunk Driving

(Prince Edward County, ON)—On August 02, 2013 at 7:42pm the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment were called to the Sandbanks Provincial Park to assist Park Wardens with a motor vehicle stop. The driver of the motor vehicle had been consuming alcohol.

Police charged 50-year old Kathleen Symington-Walsh of Picton, ON with Operation With Over 80mgs of Alcohol contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
