(HURON EAST, ON)- On December 15, 2011 at approximately 3:00 p.m. Huron County OPP officers were conducting Festive R.I.D.E checks on Front Road. While at the roadside the officer discovered the female driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Katherine UPSHALL (37) of Huron East has been charged with two counts of Drive Under Suspension contrary to section 53 of the Highway Traffic Act. She will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court- Goderich on February 7, 2012 to answer to the charges. LP11352772
