(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) A local female faces a Criminal Code offence after vehicle stop conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
On August 17, 2013 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP conducted a vehicle stop on Riverside Drive in Bobcaygeon. Investigation revealed that the driver was suspended.
As a result of the investigation Karen MAWHINNEY, 56 years of age, of Bobcaygeon, was arrested and charged with the Criminal Code offence of driving while disqualified.
