(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Thursday October 9th, 2014, shortly after 3:30am, Quinte West OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on South Trent Street in Frankford. The female driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a guard rail. Quinte West OPP arrested the female at the scene of the collision. Kaitlin RUTTAN, a 26 year old from Frankford, has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in her blood. RUTTAN was released on a promise to appear with a court date later this month at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
