(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On July 19, 2016 at approximately 7:00 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a phone call from a young female reporting that she and her friend had become lost while hiking at Eugenia Falls Conservation area located on Pellisier Street in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The OPP Canine Unit, together with the OPP Emergency Response Unit, attended the conservation area and located the two hikers shortly after 9:00 p.m. The two girls, age 16 and 17, both from Barrie, Ontario, were found safe and in good health.
