(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at approximately 3:19 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a pick-up truck in the ditch on Hwy. 21 west of Springmount in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The lone driver of the 2005 GMC Sierra pick-up truck was found to have been drinking alcohol. After failing a roadside breath test he was arrested for impaired care and control of a motor vehicle and taken to an OPP Detachment for further breath tests.
Justin TUCK, age 21, of the Township of Georgian Bluffs, was charged with impaired care and control of a motor vehicle and having care and control of a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
