(KENORA, ON) On Saturday, August 10, 2013 approximately 2pm, members of the Kenora detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lakeview Drive regarding a suspected impaired driver. The male driver of the vehicle failed the roadside test and was arrested and taken to the Kenora OPP detachment for breath tests. As a result of the investigation Justin STAPON, 28 years old of Winnipeg, Manitoba has been charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content contrary to the Criminal Code. He was released from custody to appear in Kenora Court on September 26, 2013 to answer to the charge.
