On Saturday October 6, 2012, a man was observed in an apartment building on Dawson Road Guelph where he damaged a decorative wreath and an electronic EXIT” sign. The male was located and arrested a short time later.
Justin LEROUX 22 years of Guelph as charged with Mischief Under $5000.00 and two counts of Breach of Probation. He was held for a Bail Hearing.”
