(Marmora and Lake, Ontario) On May 26, 2018 at 5:56 p.m., Central Hastings OPP detachment responded to a call to a local restaurant in relation to threats being made in the Village of Marmora, Ontario. An unknown male had entered the business and was causing a disturbance, and when he was asked to leave the male proceeded to make threats to cause bodily harm.
Later the next day May 27, 2018 at 4:15 p.m., officers identified the male when they responded to a family dispute at a residence in the Village of Marmora. Officers arrested and charged 36 year old Justin KING of Marmora and Lake, Ontario with Utter Threats to Cause Bodily Harm. He is being held for a bail hearing in Ontario Court of Justice May 28, 2018.
