(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On January 28th, 2016 at approximately 11:45 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Springwater Fire Department and Simcoe County Paramedic Service responded to a motor vehicle collision (MVC) involving one motor vehicle on Flos Road Eleven East.
An OPP investigation revealed that a single motor vehicle on two occasions had driven in to a ditch, on the first time he was able to get out but on the second collision he was stuck. A further investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that he was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation”, “Exceed 80mgs” and “Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle” is Justin K. HAMILTON 32 years of age from Springwater Twp. First appearance is February 16th, 2016.
