Justin GAMBOA – Drunk Driving 2X Limit

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) –On June 6, 2015, at approximately 10:02 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a possible impaired driver on Highway 401 eastbound, near Dorchester Road.

Officers located the motor vehicle, a red Jeep SUV, and initiated a traffic stop.

It was determined the 29 year old male driver had been drinking alcohol. He was placed under arrest, and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests, which revealed he had consumed more than twice the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the investigation, Justin GAMBOA, from Mississauga, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol and drug), and driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to answer to the charges in a London court on July 7, 2015.
