On August 27, 2014 at 2:13 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the area of Waterloo Avenue.
Police observed a vehicle as it exited a parking lot and a traffic stop was conducted. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Justin CROSS , 32 years of Orton has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on September 9, 2014.
