Justin Adam RICHARDS – Child Pornography

(HAMILTON, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Hamilton Police Service have arrested and charged a Hamilton man following a three week child pornography investigation.

On July 19, 2017, police executed a search warrant at a residence in Hamilton Ontario. As a result, police arrested and charged Justin Adam RICHARDS, 33 years old, of Hamilton Ontario. He is charged with three counts of Making Available Child Pornography, two counts of Transmitting Child Pornography, two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and two counts of Accessing Child Pornography.

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice on August 10, 2017 in Hamilton Ontario.

The investigation is continuing.
