(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On September 8, 2017 at approximately 9:58 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) checked a 2015 Dodge Ram pick-up truck parked on Hwy. 6 & 10 in the Township of Chatsworth. The vehicle’s engine was running and the headlights/taillights were on. When the officer approached the vehicle, the lone occupant exited the driver’s seat and spoke with the officer. It was determined that the male had been drinking alcohol. A partial can of beer was found within the cabin of the truck.
34-year old Justin Adam HANSLER of the Township of Chatsworth was charged with Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired and Care or Control Over 80 mg.
He is scheduled to appear in Court in Owen Sound on September 21, 2017.
