(KINCARDINE, ON) – On March 2nd, 2011 at 11:42 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a Blue car in the ditch along Bruce Avenue in the Municipality of Kincardine. Officers arrived and quickly determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 41 year old Juan LAVERDE of Milton has been charged with Impaired driving and Operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on March 28th, 2011 to answer to the charge.
