On August 16, 2013 at approximately 1:40 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Wellington Street West after being flagged down by a witness that advised the driver was intoxicated. Police spoke with the driver and an arrest was made. At the Guelph Police station the male driver failed to provide breath samples as required and was further charged.
Juan GUERRERO VALENCIA, 28 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and fail to provide a breath sample. He will appear in court on September 3, 2013.
