Jovan BORSCEVSKI – Drunk Driving

(CHATHAM, ON) On March 6, 2017, around 5:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 401 near Kent Bridge Road.

The complainant reported the suspect vehicle had struck a road sign and entered the ditch. Members located the vehicle and while speaking with the driver, the officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was transported to detachment for further tests. The vehicle was towed from the ditch.

As a result, the male driver, Jovan BORSCEVSKI, 63-year-old of Sarasota, Florida was charged with drive motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused is required to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on March 17, 2017 to answer to the charges.
