(ROSSMORE, ON) – On Aug 17th, 2016 at approximately 1:30pm The Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a threats complaint in the Hamlet of Rossmore. Officers determined through investigation that a 27 year old male had threatened to harm other persons and threatened to damage property there. Joshua Ryan GANNON was arrested and held in custody pending a show cause hearing. He has been charged with one count of Uttering Threats, and one count of Breaching a Recognizance under the Criminal Code.
The male has been held in custody pending a show cause hearing at the Provincial Court of Justice in Belleville Ontario on August 18th, 2016.
