(RED LAKE, ON) – On May 23, 2015 at approximately 6:15 AM, Red Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received information regarding an impaired driver on Highway 125 within the Municipality of Red Lake.
The OPP officers located the vehicle. The driver was arrested and transported to the Red Lake OPP Detachment for testing.
Joshua KINGER, Age 26, of Kenora, has been charged with Over 80 Milligrams contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
KINGER is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Red Lake on July 2, 2015, to answer to the charges.
