On July 22, 2014 at 3:35 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Arkell Road. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Joshua Brick, 19 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on August 12, 2014.
