Joseph Topor – Trespassing, Controlled Substance

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On July 11, 2012 at approximately 11:45 p.m. Huron OPP officers responded to a King Street address regarding trespassers at the residence. Officers attended and located a male party in the residence that had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for failing to attend court.

Officers arrested the male party for the outstanding warrant and transported him to the Huron OPP Detachment. Upon searching the male incident to arrest he was found to be possessing illegal drugs.

As a result, Joseph TOPOR, age 27, from Central Huron has been charged with Fail to Attend Court and three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He has been released from custody. He has a court date scheduled for August 13, 2012 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
