(Tweed, ON) – On November 14, 2014 at 1 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P received a complaint from a homeowner on River Street East in the Village of Tweed reporting an intoxicated man was trying to gain entry into his residence.
Officers arrived at the scene and subsequently arrested the disoriented man, 49 year old Joseph OSBORNE of Mississauga, ON. He was charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act. He was held in custody until sober.
