(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was conducting radar enforcement on Brant County Road 18 when he observed a vehicle being driven at a high rate of speed.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. Tuesday October 15th, 2013, the officer stopped a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban on Brant County Road 18. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he could smell the odour of alcohol on his breath. The male driver was given the Roadside Screening test. As a result of the test, the driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Joseph LOGAN 49 years of age from Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 8th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
