(North Algona Wilberforce Township, ON) On August 9, 2014 at 11:50pm Provincial Constable Barry Nisbet conducted a motor vehicle stop on Highway 60. As a result Joseph LABELLE, 37 years of age of Madawaska Valley Township was charged with
– Over 80mg contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
LABELLE is scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on September 3, 2014.
