(TINY TOWNSHIP) – A member of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle on July 16, 2016 at 8:45 p.m. at Tiny Beaches Road South and Concession 4 in Tiny Township.
During the stop the officer determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol and subsequently conducted a roadside test. As a result of the investigation, the driver was arrested by police. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days and a 90 day administrative driver’s licence suspension was issued.

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 28, 2016 in Midland, ON.
