(SUDBURY, ON)- On August 19, 2016, at approximately 8:50 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting stationary radar enforcement and initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was under suspension.
Joseph BELLON, 50 years of age, from Guelph, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. – 2 counts
Speeding, contrary to section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on October 3, 2016.
