(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Tuesday morning October 12th, 2010 shortly after midnight Perth County OPP officers were responding to a suspicious vehicle complaint on Line 67 north of Milverton.
Officers patrolled the area shortly after being dispatched and located a pickup truck on Line 67. The driver of the pickup truck was spoken to. The driver was arrested and transported to the Stratford Police Station where he registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Joseph Albrecht (32) of the Township of Perth East was charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol concentration. He is to appear in Stratford court on November 22, 2010 to answer to this charge. He was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with no licence.
