Joselyn MORLEY – Drunk Driving

(Embrun, ON) On November 11, 2013 OPP Constable Luc Turgeon was on patrol on St-Pierre Road near Embrun. The officer noticed a vehicle pulled to the side of the road. The officer stopped to make sure the occupants where all ok. When the officer approached the female driver he noticed some signs of impairment by alcohol. With the signs of impairment the officer proceeded to arrest the driver. She was transported to the OPP office where she supplied some breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. The test results exceeded legal amount of alcohol permitted.

Joselyn MORLEY, 45 of North Dundas Township will have to appear in L’Orignal court on December 4, 2013 to answer to the following charge:

CC 253(1) (a) Care or Control While Impaired
CC 253(1) (b) Care or Control Over 80 mgs.

The driver was also issued a provincial offence notice for the following infraction:

LLA 32(1) Having care and control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor
