(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On Wednesday September 12, 2012 at approximately 10:21pm County of Wellington OPP officers observed a northbound 2008 Toyota that was being driven erratically on Highway 6 near Laird Road in the City of Guelph. Police stopped the auto and spoke to the driver and discovered that he had been drinking.
Jose Rodrigues aged 54 of Brampton has been charged with Over 80 and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 5, 2012 to answer to the charges.
