On September 6, 2014 at 11:37 p.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign on Edinburgh Road South. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Jordan Oxford, 21 years of Barrie has been charged with drive over 80 mg as well as two charges under the HTA. He will appear in court on September 26, 2014.
