(IGNACE, ON) – Ignace members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a suspicious vehicle fire behind the Ignace High School in the Township of Ignace on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
On Tuesday, July 24, 2018; as a result of the investigation, Police arrested and charged Jordan McKay (28 years old) of Ignace, ON with Arson contrary to Section 434 of the Criminal Code and Public Mischief contrary to Section 140 (1) (c) of the Criminal Code.
McKay was released from custody and will appear in court on the October 3, 2018 to answer to the charges.
