On September 28, 2014 at 1:20 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle on Carden Street. Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.
Jordan Bailey, 22 years of Bowmanville has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on October 14, 2014.
