(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a driver after a traffic stop on Chemong Road just after 4:00am early Sunday morning.
Jonathan Neal Robert MULLIGAN (age 27) of Selwyn Township was arrested and charged with:
· Impaired driving
· Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 6, 2015. His 2011 Chevrolet Silverado was towed from the scene and impounded.
