(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On April 7th, 2014 at approximately 2:30 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report that a silver motor vehicle had just driven through a drive through with open beer bottles being seen.
This motor vehicle was located near a residence on Oxbow Park Road and a further Police investigation into the driver of this vehicle revealed that he was under the influence of alcohol while in control of this motor vehicle.
Charged with Exceed 80 mgs is Jonas VALANCIUNAS 21 years old from Toronto, Ontario. First appearance is April 22nd, 2014 in Collingwood court.
