JOHNSTON – Drunk Driving

(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On March 8, 2016 at 1:26 a.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling northbound on 6 Highway in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, when they stopped a 2000 black Chrysler. Police found the drive to be drinking alcohol. There were two adult male passengers in the vehicle.

James Leonard JOHNSTON, age 38, of Saugeen First Nation has been charged with impaired operation of motor vehicle and over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system. The vehicle has been impounded and his driver’s licence has been suspended.

He is scheduled to appear before the court on March 24, 2016 to answer to the charges.
