(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 45 year old male with driving while disqualified at an Argyle Street, Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday March 31st, 2016 at approximately 8:29 pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP stopped a grey 2003 Mitsubishi car for a Highway Traffic Act check.
Police investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle was a disqualified driver.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the car identified as 45 year old Sandy JOHNSON of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nations Territory, ON has been charged with Driving while Disqualified. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
