(WHITEWATER REGION, ON) – On the evening of September 27, 2016 the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop of GMC pickup truck on Rapid Road in the Township of Whitewater Region. The adult male driver was found to be in possession of drugs contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA). As a result 33 year old Johnathan WIESENBERG-MOSS of the Township of Whitewater Region is charged with the following CDSA offences:
Produce a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana
Traffick a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana
Possession of Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana
He was released on a Promise To Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on October 25, 2016.
