(BRANT TWP, ON) – On November 25, 2012 at 3:35 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Bruce County Road 3 in Brant Township stopped a Silver Pontiac Van. The officer found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 55 year old John VICTOR of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Fail to use low beam. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 17, 2012 to answer to the charges.
