(PERRY TWP, ON) On Saturday November 2, 2013 officers from the Highway Safety Division of the Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop at Emsdale Road and Scotia Road, Perry Township. The officer detected an odour of an alcoholic beverage and arrested the driver.’
The driver was charged and later released with having more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
