(DESERONTO, ON)- Napanee OPP has laid charges relating to a serious single vehicle collision that occurred on August 16th, 2015 just after 7 p.m. on Main Street in the Town of Deseronto.
Initial information indicated that the male driver was trapped and the vehicle was on fire.
Deseronto Fire Department was able to extricate the driver who was subsequently transported to hospital via air ambulance.
Charged with impaired driving, over 80 mgs and dangerous driving is 24 year-old John SWEET of Deseronto.
SWEET is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on October 27th, 2015
