John Swanson – Drunk Driving

(POWASSAN, ON)-On Friday October 18, 2013 Powassan Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a suspicious male in a motor vehicle in Port Loring, On. Upon arrival at the scene officers located a Ford pick-up. After speaking to the driver of the vehicle, John Swanson, age 46, of Bayham, ON, was arrested and charged with the following under the Criminal Code of Canada.

(1) Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle;

(2) Fail to provide breath sample

He will appear in North Bay Criminal Court on November 5, 2013.
