(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 16, 2014 at approximately 2:03 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2007 Chevy Avalanche in Puslinch Township. Officers spoke with the male driver and believed that he was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested for impaired driving and transported to a local Operations Centre for testing.
The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle impounded for seven days.
John RYAN age 52 of Puslinch Township has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 19, 2014 to answer to the charges.
