(TINY TOWNSHIP) – On January 15, 2016 at 12:43 a.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial (OPP) responded to a call of an impaired driver on a tractor. The tractor was being operated in a suspicious manner on Cedar Point road in Tiny Township.
The tractor was stopped by officers a short time later. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. As a result of the investigation, the driver identified as John MCGREGOR (age 53) of Tiny Township has been charged with:
Driving While Ability Impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland, Ontario on January 28, 2016.
