(HENVEY TWP, ON) – On Monday July 30, 2018 at approximately 2:30a.m, members of the West Parry Sound Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked at a business on Highway 69, Henvey Township Ontario.
Police arrived and spoke to the driver of the vehicle and subsequently arrested and charged John GRABOWSKI, 52 of Barrie Ontario with driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood, contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code (CC).
The accused was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday August 16, 2018 in Parry Sound Ontario.
