(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 47 year old male with Obstruct at a Mississauga Road, Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation, ON address.
On Tuesday July 21st, 2015 at approximately 7:48 pm an officer on patrol stopped a Blue 1981 G.M.C. pickup truck for a Highway Traffic Act violation. While speaking with the occupants of the vehicle, identities were provided.
During the investigation the identity of one male was found to be false which lead to his arrest.
Charged with Obstruct Peace Officer is 47 year old John DUMOULIN of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
