(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Thursday April 12, 2012, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit made an arrest as a result of an extensive investigation into financial improprieties of a former employee at the Perth Community Futures Development Corporation in Milverton.
John-David Graham (46) of Stratford has been arrested and charged with seven counts of “fraud over $5,000†and one count of “fraud under $5,000â€Â. He is in custody and is scheduled to appear in Stratford Bail Court on Friday April 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
