(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 54-year-old male after police were called to a Centre Street, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at approximately 3:40 p.m., an alert citizen contacted police about a vehicle that was travelling towards Front Road. The vehicle was located by patrolling officers and subsequently stopped and investigated at a Front Road address.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 54-year-old John AKER of Norfolk County, Ontario with care or control over 80mgs.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
